Why would a hate proc be a 1 tick 3minute duration DoT? Anyone know if something else is going on? I would think this continues to build hate somehow because the Rage of Vallon proc on the BoS only has a 2min duration while this one has a 3 minute duration. What is the significance of this?

Checked warrior forums AND
once upon a time the two hate proc's on the epics also had AC debuffs attatched to them. It seems the effect has gone away but the debuff icon spell remains, though it has no detrimental effects.

it seems that the 2hs Procs more than the red blade 1hs, mebbe its just me, but that has been my experience. also you lose 30 Dex when u take out Blue blade in order to equip the 2hs, which further leads me to believe this is so
As a general rule 2handers proc at a higher rate than 1handers, to account for the fact that you can wield 2 proccing 1handers.
