The reason you can't get Ragefire is that he is part of the cleric epic and so he's not there very often. He poofs after cleric gives him something. And yes, he's on a 24 hour spawn. It's a pain to wait for him.

Zordak is on a 24 hour spawn time. I had to take a friend's 70 necro just to get to his spawn point because my wizard (lvl 40) will not survive Nagafen's lair. All this seems to be too much trouble for just one spell. Is there another vendor that sells it?

why would you want this spell?
You'd want it because the Imbued Fire Opal jewelry (Solusek Ro) gives big boosts to INT: a very important stat for his chief followers (Wizards).

Be sure you are the proper deity before purchasing this spell. Otherwise, you're just wasting your plat.

I searched high and low of north freeport to find Locarme Zennix to get this spell finally found him after an hour of searching and he didn't even have it nor anyone in his surroundings. You need to take him off the list so that other people don't have that same problem.
