Near as I can see, the only difference among the ranks of this discipline, or between it and the earlier Astral Projection, is how long it can last. And frankly, it's pretty rare for me to use the full two minutes on the Astral Rk. II, so I'm not sure it's worth over 4K just to buy rank 1 of Chronal Projection for another 0.1 minutes of scouting. And it's sure not worth paying the current EMarr Bazaar price of 300K for Chronal rank 2 (to get 2.4 minutes instead of 2.0 or 2.1). But if I see it at a reasonable price, or (obviously) find it as a drop myself, I'll take it.
