Found this spell only at the Shaman guild in Oggok...It was not on the vendor stated here.

Can any Shaman imbue jades? or is this Diety specific?
Diety specific. Jade is for Rallos Zek, and can only be imbued by Rallos Zek worshippers.

y aknow i really hate spells like this that say nothing as to what the effect or benefit of this spell is anyone have a clue
It says EXACTLY what the effect of this spell is. It summons an imbued Jade. The spell component is a regular jade.
Why would you want to do this, you ask? Answer: Imbued gems are used in cultural armor, and deity specific jewelry, among other things.
Imbued Jade is the Rallos Zek deity gem. So, if you ever see any of that REALLY nice Fierce Heraldic armor, realize that you need an imbued jade (which is the cheapest part, but necessary) to make it.

Right on...also used in Crimson Darkscale armor...Ogre and Troll only armor comparable to FH...has more AC less HP's
