Rk 1 is off the guy in VOID B+.
I checked when Void A, nothing. Checked again when Void B, and it was there.
Need to changed it here, where it says Void F.

I can now confirm myself that CSrk1 is sold on the dude in the void after completing the first void progression & CSrk2 is sold on Citan in OGH & becomes available at WARMLY faction.

Sold by the faction vendors in OGH
Doesn't seem to do as much damage as Wheel of Fists and is on the same timer.
calanin's synergy itself does a little less damage than WoF, but it has a debuff that makes mobs take 100% more damage from things like flying kick, and it usually lasts around 15 seconds.
