For those who are interested, the spell Sebilite Pox does a 110 DD then puts a DoT on the target doing 1 on the first tick and 41 on the last tick increasing by 2 Damage per tick over the duration of 2min and 6 Seconds. Doing a total 592 Damage, DD + DoT, also note that the final tick of 41 occurs twice.

At level 50, this effect begins to occur - no proccing prior to 50. It is only a 110 DD - no added features.
