I got this to drop off the general in overthere, killed golem too,just to see but nothing till i killed general,, it dropped twice in 10 mins off him

Looted this off of a Cliff Golem in Overthere, the one that gaurds next to the PoK book, ez for 60 plus cleric and shaman to duo after the gaurds leave the outpost after like 9pm or some crap like that

As a Necro it stacks nicely w/ Gift of Brilliance and Necro lich. Nice for increasing my mana pool(for those of us not having a max'd INT).

This is restricted to lvl 43 and higher
I assume this is a big 'no', but does this stack with KEI, VoQ, etc.? Good ole 40 INT/WIS buff with this and VoQ... *teehee*

Is this spell level restricted or is that just the clarity line?
