These items aren't for exping or questing or fighting or anything like that.

They're not nukes, they don't stun mobs, they don't buff you.

They're simply for the people like me that want more from this game than neverending killing...

...They're for fun :)
Well....

From what i can tell, the Spinning bottle is an item used to cast a stun... The firework? who knows? Haven't actually seen the spell in action yet, but i'll be sure to check this out.. who knows? could be a mana-free nuke? The ale and the cake are self-explanatory methinks. anyways, just my 2cp.
Useless

If I happen to be hunting in one of the above zone and IF it drops, then I'll go ahead and scribe it into book and use up a spell slot. BUT, there's no way I would actively search out for this spell. No point.
eh?

uhhh that looks like a bag of summoned items... what is it? ohhh its a party in a bag!!!

1: Summon Item: Summoned: Ale
2: Summon Item: Summoned: Cake
3: Summon Item: Summoned: Spinning Bottle
4: Summon Item: Summoned: A Firework

whats a spinning bottle? I mean I know what it is in real life... uh... So mages ARE vending machines. I am not even going into the bathroom utilities we may someday dispense.
