You get the spell thru this quest. There is no specific spell to turn in to get Boon, I turned in 2 Quiver of Marrs and a Bristlbane's Bundle and got 3 Boons. The next Bundle got me the Air pet I was looking for. Farm those spell scrolls in Skyfire, they drop fairly commonly off the wurms and wyverns.
