i just found out today when i asked a druid for a soe on my lvl 30 cleric i learned there is a required lvl to receive it, it is "too powerfull" WTF?? all it is sow and levitate and vision enhancent it's not like i'm gunna go pl myself with this UBER buff, that is the stupidest nerf ever sony... EVER... wait i take that back if i say that they will proably come up with something even stupider!

The nice thing about this spell is that it will hit for 490 3 times in a row. It's a very nice spell to use if you are in a grp and the mob is half way down and the cleric is running low on mana or you are in a twosome with a warrior and you need a quick kill. Again, Make sure the warrior has pulled hate cuase this will **** a mob off fast if cast too early....
Sad part is the resistance is checked all 3 times. So you could do 490 first time, 29 2nd time, and 289 3rd time
