If i could ever get envenomed bolt to stick on the mobs that give me good XP than i'd be happy. I just got this spell last night when i DING'd 56. Have yet to use it, but im hoping it does the job well!

while this is a nice dps upgrade. The damage to mana ratio is worse on this one then envenomed bolt and venom of the snake .... by a lot.

IIRC VoS is 4.5ish
EB is 4.8ish
and this is 3.9ish

Too lazy to calculate again.

Guild was on a Plane of Air raid and this spell dropped off a mob on the 3rd island. Sorry do not remember the name of the mob. I was very excited to get the spell though. This combined with Envenomed Bolt do 360 damage per tick.
