I think Alla has it wrong; the info on the Spirit of the Stalwart was also inaccurate in the same way. These regen spells just aren't for druids.
Edit: Actually I have found some copies of Spirit of the Stalwart that are druid usable but still no luck buying the rk1 for druids at all.

I went to Hills of Shade last night and it's still Shaman only. Hopefully the RK II is OK.

I'm a level 82 druid. I bought this spell and was unable to scribe it, which is my fault for not reading the actual spell scroll where it says "shaman."
Anyone know why this is marked druid useable when it's not?

I noticed the scroll was marked only as shaman usable, so I went to DSH to check the single target version. It was marked for both shaman and druid. My druid bought it and was able to scribe it. I assume the level 79 group version is bugged still, but the single target version is fixed.

That strikes me as a bug with the scroll itself. You should /bug it in-game.
