Ok, I'm confused. if the Rk I and Rk II both last for the same amount of time and do the same amount of damage, yet the Rk II costs more mana to cast... what would be the point of getting the Rk II?
I figure, by the time you get to the proper faction for this spell, it would have dropped by then, right?

the Aoe radious is incresed to 100 so it cast futher out from you
The proc does 60 more dmg as well over the Rk I

Derak Fangbreaker in Loping Plains sells this spell for 1923pp 3gp 4sp 5cp.
You will need ally faction. Took me roughly 30 solo missions and one group mission to make Ally.
