anyone no what the dif is between ranks on this spell?
It is absolutely not here 3/14 at 10 AM ET. Perhaps someone had vendored a drop when you were here.

This is absolutely NOT sold in Fortress. I checked it today.
Tome of Rigor Mortis is, indeed, sold by Inizen Nogglezop in Fortress Mechanotus.
It was I who ran the tool that Fleven mentions and populated this vendor's inventory. I double checked the Tome of Rigor Mortis because I am also a Shadowknight and I also failed to see it when I first tried to buy it for myself.
How did I miss it? Simple.. I sorted alphabetically and accidentally looked for spell not tome.

The fastest way for us to update vendor lists with prices is for you to email a log snippet listing the merchant's inventory (at maxed faction/charisma) to eqteam@allakhazam.com, or post it on the board here. We have a tool that lets us update the entire vendor's inventory at once. Make sure to exclude any items from the log that aren't part of the merchant's regular inventory.
Log entries typically look like:
[Fri Nov 16 14:00:05 2007] Greta Terrilon tells you, 'That'll be 5 gold 7 silver 7 copper per Compacted Backpack.' [Fri Nov 16 14:00:07 2007] Greta Terrilon tells you, 'That'll be 2 platinum 9 silver 9 copper per Huge Block of Clay.'
