yes you buy the rank 2 version of this spell from vendors in dragonscale when you have ally with crusaders faction. i have this spell and love it.

what gives the faction?? farm quests? brownies?? anyone know?
Killing anything in the Crystallos Valley gives faction hits, killing anything in Crystallos itself gives faction hits. You can also get 2 tasks from Fenden Helter to up this faction starting at 65. One is an "Errand" in which you obtain the task, hail him, and get to Skyshrine to turn in what he gave you. Once that's done you go back and hail him for the reward and faction. The other task is kill 10 oozes on the path to Crystallos. You get faction hits for clearing golems and for each ooze, then a bigger hit for completing the task.

I've read taht this can be bought from a vendor once you have Ally faction with Crusader's of Veeshan. No idea if this is true or not though.

Has anyone found this spell yet? Rank 1 or 2... there's a lot of information on the faction vendors out there now, but this one hasn't been found yet, and haven't heard of it dropping anywhere.
