one of Tunare's panther guardians casts this spell. the other guardian does a 10minute silence (Cloud of Silence) that does not show up as a spell being cast, it just appears on your buff bar.

The spell not showing a <spell> message is due to the way Spell Awareness works. A NPC so many levels higher than you (red con) will not show a <spell> in their casting. I assume you are probably on Phinigel or some of the other progression servers in Velious.
I'll add this spell to the guardians.

yes, this was on phinigel on a recent PoG raid.
however, both guardians of tunare were white/even /con to us. one guardian showed his cast message (Silver Breath, DD+dispell) while the other did not (Cloud of Silence, 10min silence).
for the record, we killed Ail the Elder earlier in the raid and he did the same Cloud of Silence but did not have a cast message for it either. he DID have a cast msg for his other spell Silver Breath. he also was even con to 60.

I believe fading memories is a bard ability. Was I informed incorrectly?
