I am seeing on most dragons the AE Range listed as 375. Is that correct? Because I know Rangers can outrange Lady Nev's Bellowing Winds with a 200 Range Bow and 150 Range Arrows. This would put the bow at 350 Range and able to avoid this AE which is listed on Alla at 375.

You sure you were resisting? I don't think this is resistible at all. Even with an MR of 446 I get hit every time.

The values you see above are pulled directly from the spell file spells_us.txt.
Here is the SPA info from the file which sets the spell slot info.
1|10|0|0|100|0
$2|0|-250|0|100|0
$3|64|7500|7500|100|0
Slot 1 isn't used.
Slot 2 is the dot for 250 damage per tick.
Slot 3 is SPA 64 with a value of 7500 for base1, 7500 for base 2 with a max value of 100 and no calc. This is your spinstun. Which it should say 7.5 seconds for duration on the spin and stun which I have been working on this in my free time.
Looking through the rest of the spell info, there isn't anything else special about this spell which would make it unresistable.
If the NPC is a red con to you, then it will land spells just about every time. If you're talking about Lady Nev, she is level 66. If you are on a progression server during Velious that puts you at level 60 so she would be red to you and land spells just about every time even if you have max resists.

Think the resist check on this effect is off...I had 300 MR when we killed this Lady and I resisted this effect probably 1 out of 5 times she cast it...it gets super annoying...anyway unless you have 400+ MR expect to spend alot of time waiting around to stop spinning.
