Game Description

Surrounds your target in a blazing magical shield that causes damage to anything that strikes them for a short time. When they have been struck by melee ten times the flaming shield will inflict greater damage, and again after ten more melee strikes. After %L total strikes the effect will fade.

Would have to agree with you there. The refresh time just makes this spell ineffective. I still use the lower version (Searing Skin).

I wouldn't use this spell if my life depended on it the recast time is too long for the time the shield lasts plus I cannot use it on my pet at all this spell doesn't reach my spell gems at all. with a ten min recast i have other spells that help allot more.
