Seeing all the NPC's that drop this, the zones their in, and being my lvl was 55, I recommend just camping the crystaline shardwurms in the central caverns in the Great Divide. They are in the biggest opening in the cave system (central and east side), in the caverns located directly in the middle of the Great Divide. It's easy once your in, because their aggro radius is VERY small (their tails could be smacking you and they wouldn't aggro). Just sit in the center of the room whenever you need a break, and no NPC's will bother you. The two shardwurm's nearest the entrance to the room respawn immediately after killing them twice. So beware (I recommend pulling every shardwurm to the center of the room). I got my spell plus many other spell drops after 2-3 hours.
