call of sky spell for 39 ranger
# Sep 07 2004 at 1:56 AM Rating: Decent
You should get the other spells(at least levitate and a few bat wings) and then your trip will be a whole lot easier. In iceclad you just follow the western shores of the island chain until you get to the dock then go ashore and in a little hut of some kind is Whatshisname(the X guy from another post) anyways you cant miss him he has a long weird name with a X in it.
No Knockback

No Knockback.... it is a 0 sec stun and a 35 dd though. The knockback field in Lucy is 0 , so no knockback.

I realise that this post has been here a while, but I feel that young rangers may read it and be misled. Having leveled 4 rangers on different servers to 50+, ( the first one waiting on this spell when the velious expansion was released,) I can attest that the proc does INDEED have a knockback component, regardless of what the other poster has said. While it is not a great deal of knockback, definitely not in line with the druid wind spell line, it IS there, and it IS noticeable.

I've got a couple questions regarding this spell, since I'm about to get it. Does this proc stack with existing procs? Which weapon is it cast on by default? If it only hits the primary slot, can I then switch my primary and secondary weapon, and reapply the buff? Food for thought, and I'll probably wind up answering my own questions.

I found this by accident at the Gnome Pirate Outpost in IceClad Ocean which is west of the Eastern Wastes which is west of the Great Devide zone. It is located at approx. pos 4500, pos 1500. BTW, the pirates are friendly but they will not help if you run to them while being attacked.
