I get more hit points and stats from Kragg+IOS and the individual buffs. Is the only advantage to this spell the fact you cast fewer total buffs or am I doing something wrong?

Also get an extra 28 minutes duration (assuming no EE) with FoS. I have so say I think I'll still be using IoS at 60. Buffing is my job as the shammy, and if 3 addition buffs on melee will help, it seems an easy choice. I'm always suprised when ppl turn me down for IoS when I'm the only shammy casting buffs in the zone. "I'd prefer FoS" WHy??

yes, the advantages are 1) fewer buff slots, so the Shaman spends less time casting (and mana, cause this is cheaper manawise), and 2) fewer buff slots, so that there is room for OTHER buffs on the guy getting buffed.

Additional advantage of FoS is duration, you get antoher 28 minutes with FoS over IoS and adds. I'm still suprised ppl turn me down for IoS in PoK when there's no shammy casting FoS.

My guild got 2 copies of this off the Thought Horror Overfiend in the Deep this past week. I would say any high Luclin mob could drop it.

Not really

Stacking: Overwrite existing spell if slot 1 is effect 'DEX' and < 60
Stacking: Overwrite existing spell if slot 1 is effect 'STR' and < 67

Maniacal Strength:Increase STR by 68
Mortal Deftness:Increase DEX by 60
