This may actually be a Velious spell, Coirnav has been on Kunark for a long time and not once has it dropped yet it started dropping on Agnarr as soon as Velious unlocked.

It was once researchable in Kunark I believe on the TLP servers. I changed the expansion back to Velious.

I know it says cast time of 2.5, but i thought i'd say it since I didnt notice it until i got it. (assumed it would be 1.3 like prior can spells).
With the 2.2 second universal cooldown 5.7 seconds opposed to 3.5 divided by the mana gained per cast ... this isn't as much of an improvement as i was expecting. But still awsome

Is this a rare drop or more common drop. And what is the best place u have found to get drop.

This spell rocks. Combine with stocism and a mount there is no way you have more then 2 minute down time unless you have less then 200 hp available to canibolize and no mana to cast baby heal on yourself. Tip for you shaman out there, go to pok and get virtue from your local Cleric casting for cash, get kei as well and load this spell up with stocism and you will not run out of mana period. Unless you chain nuke of course in which case i will wonder what you doing chain nuking as a shaman. Just my 2 cp

If you could cast on others, it would be the most over powered spell ever ;). With 0 mana cost, and very fast cast/reuse time, just canni for 148 over over on something to kill it =P.
