The cap for FT 15 is well documented all over the place - do a search in almost any search engine on "EQ Flowing Thought Cap" and you will see plenty of results that you can visit and confirm.

There was talk of raising it to 20, but I haven't heard much more about it.

There are AAs to raise it higher. I still think the cap is 15 without the AAs

33 is the max now (+1 base regen, so a magelo profile with 'max' mana regen will list 34)

+5 mental serenity (TSS aa)
+5 exspansive mind (OoW aa - raises worn mana regen cap from items)
+5 Labyrinthine mind (TSS aa - raises worn mana regen cap from items)
