Nimbus of the Storm Lord is piece of junk that takes up room in your packs and that's it since they removed the Char buff.Keep it in your bank in case they decide to add something too it but to keep it just for the effect is a waste of time another flop of an idea from SOE

So if it isn't giving CHA anymore, is it pretty much useless except for the particle effects? I at least liked the CHA for summoning, heh.
This no longer provides a +CHA buff.
You can go over your charisma cap with heroic charisma. In the SoF release notes SoE said Heroic Charisma adds to the amount of faction hits (both up and down). Don't know if you need to be maxed for this effect to occur, but heroic charisma above the cap does seem to help a bit with raising faction.
Spell Effect (unknown): Increase Charisma 35
Damn, I thought it was a DS. :(
Unless you're a chanter, bard or anyone else who needs charisma, this item blows. It increases Charisma by 35 and as far as I can tell, that's it.
