i want this spell because its a faster cast time and has twice the range.

I can cast Tunare's Renewal for 400 mana and it heals for 2800+, why would I want to cast this for the same mana cost? Waste of a spell slot.

This spell would be used when speed is of the essence. If you have a spell haste item, and get a cleric to cast blessing of devotion, or the lower level spell haste spell on you, you can get the cast time on this down to about 4 seconds. Sometimes the person who needs a heal (chanter maybe?) just doesn't have 10 seconds for the big heal to be cast.
