Both of these merchants are missing on the Commons Server I have to assume that they are Post Luclin merchants. I was unable to get any of my summoned gear until Luclin opened up a few days ago. Anyone else playing progression server find this spell>>>> ;-(

Very good spell. Helps your pet keep up with you if you have SoW, but just barely. SoW is much faster.
The merchant for this is deep within the tunnel between East Commonlands and North Ro. (what used to be the big selling spot before the Bazaar) Erudite against the left wall as you enter from EC.
Don't go expecting to pay what you normally pay for lvl 29 spells. If memory serves, it was over 50pp with good CHA gear. He also sells some good pet utility spells you will need later on.

ALL the spells in the EC tunnel are over-priced. Technically speaking, I am guessing they're suposed to represent smugglers, thugs, etc., and so the spells are higher because they are the [black market] kind. -Shrug-

either the name of the vendor has been changed or the vendor has closed shop. i couldnt find a rushka deklamoor anywhere in east commonlands

Is this merchant on a faction? will he sell to everyone?
