better than terror of terris?

I think I'd be an A$$ to assume just because this is a higher level spell that it is better than Terror of Terris...

Does anyone understand the difference between Voice's 10% Agro Multiplier and Terror's 500pt Hate increase? Do they stack?

I have seen Terror of Terris sold in bazaar only once for 7K...and have seen this spell sold (quite often) for as low as 1500pp on Prexus.

It only makes me wonder more what EXACTLY the difference is between these two...

Voice line basically adds % to taunt and is castable on others, whereas the terror line just bumps you up hate list and is castable only on self.

These spells do stack, but only used together if your MT.

IE: A warrior with 200 taunt...you cast voice of terris on him...he now has 220 taunt.

I know I'm being picky, but the Terror line is cast on the mob. not one's self.

Actually Voice line doesn't add x% to taunt at all, but to everything else you do, it does. Each mob has a hate list with points. Most of what you do in a mob-fight generates hate. So, hitting mob for 100 damage generates hate, kicking, casting CH etc. all adds to your hatepoint total on the mob's list. The person with the most points on that list, is the person that gets beat on, summoned etc. Preferably this is the tank in a group.
With Voice of line of spells each of these actions will generate x% more hate.

For simplicity, assume hitting mob for 100 dmg causes 100 hate. With Voice of Terris buff, this will now cause 110 hate etc.
Terror of line adds x points to the SK casting. So say SK had 0 points on Mob hatelist, casts Terror of Terris, he now has 500 points.

As for taunting. Taunt skill does not cause 200 hate if it's at 200 (say), i.e. it does not generate a certain amount of hate, at least that's not my understanding. Your skill-level determines the likelihood of performing a successful taunt. If you are successful you immediately move to the top of the mobs hatelist. That's how taunt works and that's why grinding it repeatedly does nothing to improve your aggro-keeping. Taunt should on the contrary be kept free so that you can use it when you lose aggro (embarrasing when the mob bolts and your taunt-key is unavailable!).

In consequence, SKs or Pallies should build aggro for Wars in XP-groups, as the latter can just grab their uber aggro with one click of the taunt button (if the taunt is successful).
