Is this spell live and if so why is there no info on what vendor sells it in what zone? Can anyone tell me where to get this spell?

I stand corrected. Apparently this is from the Buried Sea expansion. Which means R1 is bought... R2 is probably groupable... and R3 is probably raid. Still. Just got the raid zone wrong =p

It's live. Rank I spells are vendor-bought, rank II spells drop from groupable content, and rank III spells are gotten by turning in runes from raid content. Mostly Ashengate and Frostcrypt, I believe.
