Does this stack with the enchanters lines of mana regens like KEI?

Fun toy to play with...used it on the fire based mobs in HoT...other than playing with the proc its dam/del are hurting bad.

I heard this might actually drop off of Inspector Nib'izi, not Korocust. Not a big deal though because the inspector is in Korocust's room, and you'll have to kill both of them anyway.

It drops off of Korocust in Chardok.

While this is an expensive spell to cast i have found that the mana regen from it is significant enough that i useually cast it while soloing to use it as a mana regen buff. While soling wyverns in CS it produced a noticable decrease in my downtime.
