i do believe that it causes Crits to hit harder basicaly.. effectivly raising the crit cap, i think

I saw a hastening of ellowind III posted for our class, but can't find the data on the locs/npcs related to it, anyone know?

They've copied over the "Rune" system used in the OoW expansion for the Rk. III spells from TSS.

I.E., you must acquire a "Glowing Obsidian Rune" from any of the major raid mob(s) in the instanced Ashengate/Frostcrypt raids (maybe some non-instanced raid mobs, dunno) and turn them in to an NPC in Ashengate.

As in OoW, spells are given in a pre-set, specified order. Considering the scarcity of these Runes, I don't anticipate seeing someone with a full set of Rk. III spells for quite some time to come...

...of course, I once said the same thing of the Glowing/Ancient Rune spells; now they routinely rot (along with the Seals in Anguish). So, who knows...?

Melee classes love me for this spell. Yet a higher % chance to score a critical hit, and they've added a damage modifier it would seem. Will definetely be one of my top goals in attaining the third rank of this.
