i use these during raids and that's about it. Yes, you can solo with these, but it's not better than good group exping. To future bards: if you ding 74, this is not a song that you rush to the vendor to buy by any means..

I like this song, it lasts a while and aids kite DPS. The range of course is to small, but, I found that by mezz'ing my target, then charming it. I can then send my pet into battle without the damage. Hick

this song is not worthless at all. maybe you cannot swarmkite as you used to do any more (you can still do it with some wits) but it is awesome in a group when you have an add. convert the add to DPS instead of mezzing it (and control unmezzables, too)

I gotta say Sony I am very disapointed in the new 71+ songes, there all nerfed and they all lack creativity, and what is the point of giving a bard a song with only a range of 30 on it. i'm not even that high level yet but I can tell this song is worthless.

It's the exact same song as Voice of the Vampire, just with the level increased. This isn't a new nerf by any means.
I still swarm kite with the new charm songs, only with less mobs. Having 3 level 72 mobs beat each other up is much faster than chant-kiting them to death, and once you get the range down you won't take too many hits getting them charmed, either. The good thing is, charm rarely breaks early with this, so you don't have to worry about recharming the mobs too often.
