Look at some of the older posts. Says it drops off hunters/foragers in TT. They quite obviously changed which spell to show here. Gimp.

It says it is sold at vendors, but which ones and in which zone? Its not anywhere on the mainland yet, so I guess I have to hunt around Luclin for it...
