According Magelo and EQ resource, the amount of decrease is 66 for the 4 stats. That's also what I measured by self-casting Malis on my Shamy lvl 76.

I wonder, why does Allakhazam mention a range ("Decrease <...> Resist by 11 (L75) to 76 (L57)")? Is is just a mistake, an outdated description, or is there something else worth knowing about this spell?
