base is not 15. I have Mystical Attuning 3 and I currently have on 20 buffs. If base was 15, the cap should be 18.
Definitely max this one out. With all the Mass Group Buffs going on in the Guild Lobby, this will help you take full advantage of them.
what exactly does this do ? Little help plz
increases the number off buff spells u can have on you... the cap is 15 without this aa... each rank of it gives u another spot to hold a buff... not sure what the total is.

You can assign AAs into this ability 20 times. Assuming the base number is 15, a maxed out ability would allow you to have 35 buffs on at a time.
