I don't understand this AA. In my skillwindow all skills are already masterable to 300, why should i want to raise them from 200 ?

They show a max possibility of 300, but only one by default can be over 200. So without the AAs, you raise one skill above 200, and none of the others will go higher than 200. Each AA allows another skill to go over the 200 mark. This doesn't include specialty tradeskills, like Spell Research (separate AAs for it), Poison Making (Rogue-only skill), Alchemy (Shaman-only skill), and I can't remember if Tinkering (Gnome-only) is 300 by default or via separate AA extensions.

Go ahead and try skilling up two (Baking, Brewing, Jewel Crafting, Pottery, Smithing, Tailoring, or Fletching) past 200 without any such AAs.

I have petitioned numerous times, don't know if it is just me, but when you have accepted and removed a trophy quest before completing it, Drakkins get bugged at 200 triv for the tradeskill. This will temporarily increase your cap so that you can fully complete the tradeskill to 300. if you do not use it shortly after, you will be bugged again and will have to purchase another rank. Hope this helps ;)
