Coldain Velium Temper  

Since the only vendor has been nerfed, this temper gives you the run around but hopefully this quick guide will help.

Coldain Velium Temper (PoK locations unless noted)

First combine-Coldain Heater (158 Trivial)
Combine in Brew barrel (p13,p200 & p90,p260):
1 Water Flask sold (across from brew barrel)
1 Shotglass sold by Bargol Halith, Basur TuQual (near brew barrel around outside of building towards bank)
1 Allspice sold by Severg ODanos (n19,p1375)
1 Brown Algae sold in Cobalt Scar Blumblum Swigwater (p229, n1474)

Second combine-Celestial Essence 0 Trivial
Combine in mortar & pestal (sold by Ciren Darkbog n130,p1425 or Telir Na`Shalith n110,p1440):
1 Celestial Solvent sold by Darius Gandril (p55, p1500)
1 Scent Of Mar sold by Loran Thu`Leth (n115,p1407)

Third combine-Coldain Velium Temper
Combine in brew barrel:
1 Coldain Heater
4 Celestial Essence

This is not good, don't know about the rest of you but I actually have Carpal Tunnel from doing trade skills on EQ. Making your own temper, is one of the quicker ways to get Carpal Tunnel. Your looking at 4 combines to make Celestial Essences, 1 combine to make heater and one more to make temper. For the price of Tempers from Thurgadin, clearly it is not worth making your own. Nimren is up on Brell, he has no tempers. This looks more like a decision by Verant to require yet more endless clicks out of us to make items. I really wish Verant would allow us to do stacks of items at a time. i.e. 4 stacks of Celestial Essences, one stack of heaters. One click and boom you get the appropriate number of tempers on your cursor, (taking into account failures). I would think that if he was "Bugged" as the guide claims, that he would be gone, period. But on Brell he works fine selling and buying anything else....

Was just in Thurgadin (Morell-Thule) looking for Nimren Stonecutter - Wasn't there. Then the zone went down for a couple minutes. When it came back up - Nimren was back in his spot - Only problem: He didn't have any coldain tempers. :-(

Can also be purchased by Nimren Stonecutter in Thurgadin (located at 41, -113) for about 26p.
