You start with:
Dirty vial: 0 value
3x vials of pure water: 427c each, total 1281c to make.

You end up with:
4x empty vials that would have cost 836c to buy outright.

You lose 409c

Just destroy those dirty vials.

Is there any benefit to cleaning the Dirty Vials from other sub-combines to get an Empty Vial instead of purchasing these from a vendor for 5 gold? Seems the trivial at 15 and cost of the 3 Pure Waters makes this a worthless recipe.
