Bloarn Norkhitter sells Brellium in North Kaladim
I don't understand what this is for. All the dwarves in Kaladim wear Chain/Plate. There's no pure casters in the dwarven race. As far as I know there's no Cultural Cloth/Leather Armor recipes for dwarves. Am I wrong? If so,what are those recipes?
And can these be used as regular sewing kits,or are they just for the cultural armor?

Good point...they do, however, offer a very cheap and easy skill up path to medium smithing for dwarves...which argueably is a skill they *should* be good at.
This can only be made in the dwaven Forge in South Kaladim. LOC 1112, 389.
