Was the trivial on this 252 at one time?

I have an old ranger character that has a Fletching skill of 250, because at the time he achieved it, that was as high as you could go. I remember that he made more than one of these, and at the time, he had a better than 50% chance of success (a Geerlok Planing Tool gave him a 5% skill boost). So, I was wondering whether the trivial had been raised from 252 to 335 when the max skill cap was raised to 300.

Never mind. I answered my own question by using the probability of success calculations against a skill level of 262 (250 base skill + 5% for Geerlok). Turns out that the probability of success under those conditions is roughly 62% - better than a 50-50 chance. So, it could be that the difficulty level has always been 335.
