How can this have a trivial of 15 and a minimum skill of 80 , that just makes no sense what so ever

You do not suck...they just fail to mention the fact that you have to have tailoring of 80 or higher to make it, which it then tells you that it is trivial. Go figure.

Yeah since my rogues tailoring is so low it says you would have to be dreaming or some junk like that to make this item
