I was trying to make the Velium Infused Gem of Vigor and I was getting the message that I couldn't make the Velium infused Gem of Vigor because that would give me a LORE item I already had. I didn't have the Velium Iinfused Gem of Vigor.
Read a post from the Velium Infused Gem of Vigor that there might be a conflict between the Gem of Vigor and the Gem of Brilliance.
I wanted the Gem of Vigor more then the Gem of Brilliance so I destroyed my Gem of Brilliance. I then tried to make the Velium Infused Gem of Vigor and it let me.
Yes, there is a conflict between the Gem of Vigor and the Gem of Brilliance.
