After scribing the above text as mentioned, "Adventures in Woodworking," I was able to do a simple search for 'Ancient Arrows' in my Collapsible Fletching Kit. Added this recipe to Fav's and auto combined 100. 4 Fails total with 345 modified skill. Still made 4900 arrows.
Of course I have the Artisan's Prize quest complete so that helps with the Fails. 5% Less chance to fail on any TS combine! Woot. Now that's a TS Epic item imo.
There is no current issue (as of this post) with using the newer TS interface to make these.

Same thing here as of 11/26/2014, doesn't give the update of learning it, have to make them manually.
