I don't understand.. The ingredients on Alla call for: Acorn Oil, Infused Platinum Thread,and Woven Dire Wolf Fur. But Sluggo is saying you need 36 Tufts, 3 blue diamonds, 3 platinum threads, 3 acid, 3 celestial essences, 6 waters, and one acorn oil. Can someone help me understand plz?

Yes, you see, each Woven Dire Wolf Fur is made with 3 Patch of Dire Wolf Fur, and each Patch of Dire Wolf Fur is made with 3 Tuft of Dire Wolf Fur. That makes 9 Tuft of Dire Wolf Fur per Woven Dire Wolf Fur. You need 4 Woven Dire Wolf Fur, so 9 x 4 is 36 Tuft of Dire Wolf Fur. He just skipped the lengthy explanation. :P
The subcombines are kind of a pain, but that's why people charge so much for the bags. It's a combination of the time they took to craft them and the cost of the materials.

Easy this is the final combine - yes you need all that jsut take a look at the subcombines to not be confused =).

It can only be made by halflings...does this restriction effect who can use it?

Anyone can use the haversack, thats why you see them being sold. Halflings are the only ones that can make them and the fact that it takes 36 dire wolf tuft's and a blue diamond is part of the reason they sell for a little over 5kpp

It takes 36 Tufts, 3 blue diamonds, (500pp each on my server), 3 platinum threads, (210pp each), 3 acid, 3 celestial essences, 6 waters, one acorn oil, (one water plus one misty acorn). The reason it gets so expensive is the failures. On the subcombines, you get an annoying number of failures, especially the Celestial Temper stage and the Infused Platinum thread parts. Also tufts cost 50-100pp each on my server. But they are great bags.

can someone plz tell me can these be made by anyone. i was told by someone in game that only halflings can make these.

These can only be made by halflings. It is part of their cultural tailoring.
