I had trouble with this too, but someone was nice enough to help me out in game. You have to subcombine the crab twice. Say you catch a 6lb crab, you put it in your bowl to make 6 1lb pieces, then you put this 1lb piece in the bowl and combine again, and then you get the crab meat, the picture will change from the little grub looking things to a funky little wrap looking thing. This is what you use for the baking. Same applies for tuna.

you have to put the 1lb saltwater crab in your mixing bowl and hit combine to make saltwater crab meat. You then put this new meat and the sauce you made in the bowl and hit combine and you have barbecue crab meat.

I put the crab meat in the mixing bowl just like all the other barbequed meats -- with barbeque sause, but it won't happen. Is there a special place where this has to be made?
this does not work for me has anyone got it to work?
