Increases Att by 15
Not quite. The Bracers (wrist slot) have Vengeance II on them, which increases attack by 10 each. The Gauntlets (hand slot) have Vengeance III, which increases your attack by 15. The Vambraces (arms slot) have Refreshment on them, which lets you regenerate an additional 3hp per tick.

I've discovered that things like Vengeance add "raw" attack values. The raw attack values get put through a formula, which results in your displayed attack. I believe, but I'm not 100% sure, that displayed attack is raw attack x 1.333. So, Vengeance II would give you 10 raw attack, which would be 13 displayed attack.
Either way, the Vambraces have 3hp per tick regen, not Vengeance. =)

These vambraces have the effect of Refreshment on it. Can't find anything on what the effect does but my guess is that it has something to do with regen. Anyone know?
