Actually, according to EQrangers.com, bow haste (v3 overhaste) is 1/3 the weight reduction on on the quiver you carry... thus making this only 20% extra haste.

An awesome item for any ranger.

my understanding is that this bow has neverending quiver meaning that if you have an arrow in the ammo slot and the same type in the first 2 slots of the quiver, it will keep you stocked in the ammo slot. Someone else could probably better explain and verify that for me. That is the true value of the quiver

Sorry, but someone misinformed you. I think they were confusing the ranger AA Endless Quiver (although the description is still not entirely correct) with the item, Fleeting Quiver. Fleeting Quiver merely provides bow haste, which is still a good reason to own one, particularly if using a bow with long delay.
