As of today the bug has not yet been fixed.
BZZZZZT! Wrong answer, thanks for playing. Words of Apparition, Tenenacy, Revenant, a Piece of Parchment and a Quill do not combine. I was using a Warlock's Book of Binding. Tried different combinations of words and ended up making two spells of the level 59 pet. Haha! Didn't think I was that good :).
I believe the recipe is known to be bugged at the moment. Perhaps they'll fix it in the upcoming patch...
