They changed the recipe for this spell to the following...
1x Fine Runic Papyrus
1x Ink Additive of the Nameless
2x Ink of Prexus
1x Ink of the Dal
1x Ink of the Erudite
1x Quill of the Coercer
1x Talisman Thickener
Combine in a Spell Research Kit and triv is 224. Also can now be made by any spell caster Mage, Necro, Wiz and Chanter of course.

Trying to research this, have the components and Phantasmal Tome, getting "does not combine message". Anyone else had issues with not being able to research KEI scroll?
As a necro I was unable to do the combine in the Concordance of Research, Spell Research Kit, Phantasmal Tome, or the Warlock's Book of Binding. I checked my ingredients prior to making the combine, and would get an error message of various types depending on the container. I know the recipe says chanters only, but I was hopeful. Oh well, nice try.

i know this was a year ago... lol... but you have to use the Concordance of Research

Picked up 3 25's (right) in an adventure in Tak
this is a research page and way drops for research always were, look at the level of the spell it makes and subtract one and add 5 thus level 60 spell you would have to kill a level 59 to 65 mob to find this item. Also note its use in Grand master PoP tailoring item which the items for that are located for the most part in at least second tier. Also you will find that more pages and research components drop from caster mobs. Hope this helps you some as to where they drop and which mobs.
