u can make them about triver 75 but your chace to fael is a lot hier so it may not work same for all itoms

as far as that goes, you can make this item (and most tradeskill items) at a skill of 0, just have to be very very lucky... i know one of my old rich guildies made a grandmaster bakers vial with a skill of 8 (started at 0, but failed enough times he was skilled at 8 by the time he made it) lol
