I cannot make this in G.H for some reason..what's going on? i tried both the barrel and the forge (thread said forge..no clue why as this is brewing) it says i can not combine these items in this container type...not that my skill isn't high enough just that it's the wrong container.?????

While these cannot be attempted until your skill is 220, it's your effective skill. You can hit up your local friendly tinkerer for a Geerlok Brewing device which adds 5% to your skill. Then you can attempt this when your skill is 210. With geerlok, you can actually skill up from 210 to 212 on this (that's how the trivial was discovered). And this combine needs to be done in a Tannan Brew Barrel (not Forge)

Just tried to make some of this with a brewing skill of 150, and received the message "You are too inexperienced in your craft to even consider attempting this combination"
Shame coz that would have been a real easy way of raising brewing.. doh

Well supposably in another thread, this cannot be made unless it is trivial to you. Also, you cannot use this to gain skill either. That is what I understood in the thread I read an posted on reguarding confirmation.

what sort of container is needed for it (bottle etc) ?

I was just looking at the quest text, it says you need two celestial essences, not one. No container is mentioned for the combine.

The combine has to be done in a Planar forge (POK). You have to have a brewing skill of 220 to even attempt these.. They are said to trivial at 212. Yes...you read right.. You can't make them until after they're trivial. :(
So - There are a few options. Get brewing to 220....or buy them from someone (in the bazaar for instance)...or get someone to make for you.
